Who we are

Paws & Pounds is a pet weight management product: an iOS app plus this educational website (tools, breed guides, and learning articles) at pawsandpounds.com. We help owners assess body condition, estimate daily calories with standard RER/DER formulas, and turn targets into gram-based feeding plans — without requiring a smart scale.

Editorial research team

Educational pages are attributed to the Paws & Pounds Research Team, which reviews content against publicly available WSAVA and AAHA guidelines and other cited sources. This is an editorial attribution for transparency — not a claim that content is written or approved by a licensed veterinarian.
